అమెజాన్ ప్రైమ్‌లో సంచలనం సృష్టించిన ‘మీర్జాపూర్’ వెబ్ సిరీస్ అంటే నాకు Favorate ! అలాంటి కథ సినిమాగా వస్తుందంటే high range అంచనాలతో థియేటర్‌ కి వెళ్లా.

డైరెక్టర్ గుర్మిత్ సింగ్ సిరీస్ కథను అచ్చంగా దించకుండా, మెయిన్ పాయింట్ తీసుకొని ఒక new version experiment చేశారు. కాళీన్ భయ్యాగా పంకజ్ త్రిపాఠి, మున్నాగా దివ్యేందు, గుడ్డుగా అలీ ఫజల్, రవికిషన్ solid performance చూపించారు! రసికా దుగల్ క్యారెక్టర్ fresh గా ఉంది. జాన్ స్టీవార్డ్ BGM రచ్చ.. కిక్ ఇచ్చింది.

అయితే, సిరీస్ ఇచ్చే ఆ మాస్ మజా ఈ మూవీలో కాస్త తగ్గినా... ఒక different and gripping సినిమా చూసిన ఫీలింగ్ ఐతే పక్కా వస్తుంది. సిరీస్ చూడని వాళ్లకైతే ఇది నెక్స్ట్ లెవెల్ ఎక్స్‌పీరియన్స్!

Finally పాత మీర్జాపూర్ కిక్ కొంచెం మిస్ అయినా, ఈ బిగ్ స్క్రీన్ ప్రయోగం డెఫినెట్‌గా ఒక worth watchable.

అమెజాన్ ప్రైమ్‌ వీడియోలో సూపర్ డూపర్ హిట్ అయిన వెబ్ సిరీస్ మీర్జాపూర్. ఈ క్రమంలో ఇదే కథతో సినిమాగా వస్తున్నదంటే ప్రేక్షకుల్లో క్యూరియాసిటీ పెరిగిపోయింది. అయితే వెబ్ సిరీస్‌ కథ, సన్నివేశాలు, డైలాగ్స్‌, యాక్షన్, రొమాంటిక్ సన్నివేశాలకు ఏ మాత్రం సంబంధం లేకుండా దర్శకుడు గుర్మిత్ సింగ్ మరో ప్రయోగమే చేశాడని చెప్పాలి. మెయిన్ స్టోరి పాయింట్‌ తీసుకొని కొత్తగా సన్నివేశాలు, పాత్రలను సృష్టించి.. అంతే గ్రిప్పింగ్‌గా కథను చెప్పే ప్రయత్నంలో సక్సెస్ అయ్యారని చెప్పాలి.

స్టోరీ లైన్ చుట్టూ అల్లుకొన్న సన్నివేశాలు కొత్తగా ఉండటంతో న్యూ వెర్షన్ ఆఫ్ మీర్జాపూర్ చూస్తున్నామనే ఫీలింగ్ కలుగుతుంది. అయితే వెబ్ సిరీస్ చూస్తున్నంత సేపు వచ్చే కిక్, మజా, ఈ మూవీ చూస్తే అంతగా అనిపించదు. కాకపోతే డిఫరెంట్ మూవీ చూసిన ఫీలింగ్ ఉంటుంది. మీర్జాపూర్ సిరీస్ చూడని వాళ్లకు ఈ మూవీ తెగనచ్చేస్తుంది. ఈ సినిమాలో కాళిన్ భయ్యాగా పంకజ్ త్రిపాఠి, మున్నా భయ్యాగా దివ్యేందు, గుడ్గుగా అలీ ఫజల్, బబ్బన్ యాదవ్‌గా రవికిషన్ తమ పాత్రల్లో రెచ్చిపోయారు. రసిక దుగల్ పాత్ర సిరీస్‌లో ఉన్నదాని కంటే భిన్నంగా డిజైన్ చేశారు. జాన్ స్టీవార్డ్ ఎడ్యూరీ బ్యాక్ గ్రౌండ్ స్కోర్ అదిరిపోయింది. గూమార్ పాట బాగుంది. ఓవరాల్ గా మంచి అనుభూతితో బయటకు వచ్చేలా సినిమాగా మీర్జాపూర్‌ను ప్రేక్షకుల ముందుకు తీసుకొచ్చారు.

ఏడుగురు విభిన్న వయస్కులైన మహిళల ఫ్రాన్స్ పర్యటన నేపథ్యంలో తెరకెక్కిన రోడ్-కామెడీ డ్రామా ‘హ్యాపీ జర్నీ’. వినోదం, ఫ్యామిలీ ఎమోషన్స్ కలబోతగా వచ్చిన ఈ చిత్రం ప్రేక్షకుల నుండి మిశ్రమ స్పందన తెచ్చుకుంది. కథ పరంగా సింపుల్ గా ఉన్నా, ఎంటర్టైన్మెంట్ కే డైరక్టర్ ఎక్కువ ప్రాధాన్యత ఇచ్చాడు. గోవింద్, అప్పారావు పాత్రల పరిచయంతో వేగంగా మొదలయ్యే ప్రథమార్ధం, ఫ్రాన్స్ అందాలు మరియు 'ఎవడి గోల వాడిదే' శైలిలో సాగే హాయిగా నవ్వించే కామెడీతో సాగిపోతుంది. 

అయితే ఫస్టాఫ్ మెప్పించినప్పటికీ, ద్వితీయార్ధంలో నాటకీయత ఎక్కువవ్వడం, పాతకాలపు భావోద్వేగాలు మరియు బలవంతపు సామాజిక అంశాల వల్ల కథనం కాస్త ట్రాక్ తప్పుతుంది. ఎమోషనల్ సీన్లు అనుకున్నంతగా పండలేదు. చివరిలో వచ్చే ఊహించని క్లైమాక్స్ ట్విస్ట్, కుటుంబ విలువల సందేశం సినిమాను సరైన ముగింపు వైపు నడిపించాయి. సెకండాఫ్ లోపాలను కాస్త పక్కన పెడితే, వినోదం మరియు క్లైమాక్స్ కోసం ఫ్యామిలీతో కలిసి చూడదగ్గ క్లీన్ డీసెంట్ ఎంటర్‌టైనర్!

హ్యాపీ జర్నీ సినిమాలో డైరెక్టర్ ఎంచుకున్న పాయింట్, చెప్పాలనుకున్న సందేశం చాలా బాగున్నాయి. ఫస్టాఫ్, సెకండాఫ్‌ లో అక్కడక్కడ వచ్చే కామెడీ సన్నివేశాలు ప్రేక్షకులను నవ్విస్తాయి. ముఖ్యంగా వంశీధర్ గౌడ్ అద్భుతమైన టైమింగ్‌తో ఆకట్టుకోగా.. రవి శివతేజతో ఆయన కాంబినేషన్ బాగుంది.

కొన్ని అనవసరమైన సీన్లు, కొన్ని రిపీటెడ్ సన్నివేశాల వల్ల కథనం కాస్త నెమ్మదించినా పరవాలేదనిపిస్తుంది. ప్రతినాయిక పాత్రకు సంబంధించిన భావోద్వేగాలను ఇంకా బలంగా చూపించి ఉంటే బాగుండేది. కామెడీకి, ఎమోషన్ కు మధ్య సరైన సమతుల్యత లోపించినట్లు అనిపిస్తుంది.

ఎడిటింగ్ పర్వాలేదనిపిస్తుంది. హేమంత్ ధోమే కథ బాగున్నా, అభిరామ్ నాయుడు కథనాన్ని మరికొంత గ్రిప్పింగ్ గా తీర్చిదిద్ది ఉంటే సినిమా స్థాయి వేరేలా ఉండేది. ఫైనల్‌ గా .. 'హ్యాపీ జర్నీ' కొన్ని మంచి నవ్వులు, సందేశం కావాలనుకునేవారికి బెస్ట్ ఛాయిస్.

just now finished 'Happy Journey' movie. overall ga ఒక mixed experience ఇస్తుంది. 7 members different age group ఉన్న ladies ఫ్రాన్స్ ట్రిప్‌కి వెళ్లడం అనే unique concept తో సినిమా స్టార్ట్ అవుతుంది. First half అంతా మంచి full-length comedy, ఫ్రాన్స్ లోకేషన్లతో travel vlog చూస్తున్న ఫీలింగ్ ఇస్తూ చాలా సరదాగా సాగిపోతుంది.

కానీ, సెకండ్ హాఫ్‌లోనే scene reverse అవుతుంది; over-dramatic emotions valla connection అసలు పండదు. అయితే, climax లో ఊహించని kick-ass twist మరియు మంచి family values message సినిమాను కంప్లీట్‌ గా save చేశాయి. overall one time watchabull.

Happy Journey movie like a mixed bag of comedy and drama. The first half delivers clean entertainment with seven diverse women on a France trip, packed with Evadi Gola Vadide - style humor, scenic views.

However, the second half stumbles with forced emotional drama, outdated struggles, and preachy pseudo-feminist themes that fail to hit the mark.

Thankfully, the climax saves the narrative with a clever twist from Govind and a heartwarming message on family values.

అభిరామ్ నాయుడు దర్శకత్వంలో రూపొందిన లేడీ ఓరియెంటెడ్ చిత్రం ‘హ్యాపీ జర్నీ’. అన్నపూర్ణమ్మ, ఝాన్సీ, పాయల్ రాధాకృష్ణ, ఆమని ప్రధాన పాత్రల్లో నటించిన ఈ సినిమా తాజాగా థియేటర్లలో విడుదలై మిక్స్డ్ రెస్పాన్స్ అందుకుంది. ఒక మంచి ఉద్దేశంతో తెరకెక్కిన చిత్రం ‘హ్యాపీ జర్నీ’. దర్శకుడు చెప్పాలనుకున్న సందేశం కొంతమంది ప్రేక్షకులకు ఖచ్చితంగా కనెక్ట్ అవుతుంది. ఇక టైటిల్‌ తోనే ఈ సినిమా ఇచ్చే మెసేజ్ ఏమిటో అర్థమవుతుంది.

అయితే స్క్రీన్‌ ప్లే సరిగ్గా కుదరకపోవడం వల్ల ‘హ్యాపీ జర్నీ’ అనుకున్న స్థాయిలో ఆకట్టుకోలేకపోయింది. కొన్ని అనవసరమైన సన్నివేశాల వల్ల మంచి సీన్ల ఇంపాక్ట్ తగ్గి, సినిమా ఫ్లో దెబ్బతింది. రిపీటెడ్ సీన్లను తగ్గించి ఉంటే బాగుండేది. ఇక మొత్తంగా చూసుకుంటే.. ‘హ్యాపీ జర్నీ’ అక్కడక్కడా ఓకే అనిపించే ఫన్ డ్రామాగా నిలుస్తుంది. ఇందులో ముఖ్యంగా ఫీమేల్ సెంట్రిక్ పాయింట్, వారితో జెనరేట్ చేసిన ఫన్ అక్కడక్కడా మెప్పిస్తాయి. కానీ కథ, కథనాల్లో కావాల్సిన ఫుల్ ఫ్లెడ్జ్ డెప్త్ మిస్ కావడంతో ఫలితంకి దెబ్బ పడింది. సో చాలా తక్కువ అంచనాలు పెట్టుకుంటే ఈ కామెడీ డ్రామా కనెక్ట్ అవుతుంది.

ఇరుముడి తరువాత మళ్ళీ నాకే సినిమా నచ్చలేదు. చాలా రోజుల తర్వాత ఓ కామెడీ సినిమా వచ్చిందని అనిపించి హ్యాపీ జర్నీ సినిమాకెళ్ళా. సినిమా కాన్సెప్ట్ అయితే బాగానే నచ్చింది. కానీ ట్రీట్మెంట్ ఇంట్రెస్టింగ్ గా అనిపించలేదు. సింపుల్ గా కాన్సెప్ట్ గురించి చూస్తే.. ఏడుగురు వేర్వేరు వయసున్న మహిళలు ఫ్రాన్స్ ట్రిప్‌కి వెళ్లే కాన్సెప్ట్‌తో ‘హ్యాపీ జర్నీ’ రూపొందింది. ఫస్టాఫ్ అంతా కామెడీతో హ్యాపీగా సాగిపోతుంది. సెకండాఫ్‌ లో వచ్చే విపరీతమైన ఎమోషన్లు, పాతకాలపు ఆలోచనలు, ఫోర్స్డ్ సూడో-ఫెమినిజం డ్రామా మాత్రం నాకు పిచ్చ బోర్ కొట్టించాయి. 

ఎదో చివరిలో గోవింద్ క్యారెక్టర్ ఇచ్చే ఊహించని ట్విస్ట్, ఫ్యామిలీ విలువలు కొంచెం బెటర్ అనిపించాయి. అండ్ ఈ సినిమా చూస్తుంటే నాకు ‘జయం మనదేరా’, ‘ఎవడి గోల వాడిదే’ టైప్ అఫ్ కామెడీ మూవీస్ గుర్తొచ్చాయి. ఏదయితే నేం కంప్లీట్ సాటిస్ఫాక్షన్ ఇవ్వలేదు కానీ, ఓసారి ట్రై చేయొచ్చు. మే బి లేడీస్ ఎక్కువ కనెక్ట్ అవ్వొచ్చు.
